Fine dining Restaurant LIZZ stands for garden-fresh, light, seasonal and sustainable cuisine. Chef Remco Kuijpers* (Fitzgerald, Rotterdam, The Netherlands) love for healthy food is reflected in incredible vegetarian options on each menu. He carefully selects only the best ingredients, ideally from local suppliers and producers. All are harvested at the perfect moment and used in an exploratory way; authentic but always with a modern twist – taking into account the local setting of Weeshuis Gouda and its historical references. We hope our food will always remind of the unique taste of Holland, and instill lasting positive memories.

- You have work experience in HORECA
- You are fluent in English
- You are proactive, can keep good overview and communicate well with both your team and other departments;
- You are representative and stand for luxury, quality and an eye for detail
- You are interested in wine and gastronomy
- Your hospitable character translates into surprising and exceeding the expectations of our guests
